Q1:what is your main product range?

A:We are a professional company forAccent chair, Sofa bed, Ottoman, Bar Stool, Bar Chair, Home Office Chair, Dining Chair, Recliners, and So on.

Q2: What is your main market?

A: North America, South America, Eurpean countries and Middle East.

Q3: Are you a factory or trading company? 

A:We are a manufacturer and trading company.We can not only offer our own advantage products but also your own designed chairs.

Q4: Can I get a sample before mass order?

 A: Yes, the sample fee will be twice as the unit FOB price and delivery cost will be afforded by yourself. However, the sample fee will be returned to you once you place the official order of 1*40'HQ.

Q5: What is the delivery time ?

A: 7 days for a sample , around 25-35 days fFor 1*40'HQ order after receipt of 30% deposit.

Q6: What's your delivery port? 

 A:We support FOB SHANGHAI or NINGBO, both OK. If from Guangzhou, Tianjin, Qingdao, also can be operated.

Q7: Will you give some discount?

A: The price we quote is based on 1*40'HQ per item. We can double check according to your purchase quantity.

Q8: What about the warranty of the products?

A: 2-year warranty.

Q9: What about the payment terms?

A:We accept 30% T/T deposit,70% based on copy of B/L. Or LC at sight, Paypal, etc.
T/T , less than $10,000 full payment; over$10,000, 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L; L/C at sight...

Q10: Will l have to supply my own artwork or can you design it for me?

A: lt is best if you can supply your artwork by PDF or Al format file.

Q11: How do you handle after-sale services?

A: One to one email/video/voice call to handle all in real time.

Q12: Mixed and small order is acceptable?

A: Yes. Our MOQ is 50pcs per item, can mix 4-5 models at most in one 20'GP container.

Q13. If I order a small quantity, will you treat me seriously?

 A: Of course. Every buyer is our important client, we will provide the best service

Q14: Can we become your local agent in our city, or Country?

A: Pls contact us by the email to discuss details and possibilities.

Q15: What can I do if the item damaged during transportation?

A: Our customer service staffs will help you with any questions or concerns. Under any circumstance, we will take well packed products pictures before shipping. So if any damage on products, please contact us.

Q16: How does your quality control since you know I am not in China?

A: We have a complete QC system to manage our quality, our QC team will be tracing difference phase of production from beginning, such as raw material checking, leather or fabric confirmation and package test during production. The most important we will be self-inspection before cargo ship out and will take product pictures and send quality report to each customer that you ordered from us if needed. No matter you are first time to cooperate with us or you had ordered many times.

Q17: How to assemble the chairs?

 A: We will put the assemblly instruction in each paper carton to guide you assemble the chairs step by step. And we also can send you short video for your ref if necessary.

Q18: Do you have experience for mail order or for supermarket?

A: We not only have the experience of mail order but also for supermarkt, such as Sam's Club.

Q19: Do you support factory inspection?

A: Yes, we have ISO9001, BSCI social audit, Walmart Factory Security audit. If you have other request for factory inspection, pls let us know.

Q20: Do you have test certification for your products?

A: Yes, we can supply the chairs to meet the test requirements, such as EN1335, Reach, BIFMA, etc.

Q21: Are there differences between real products and products online?

A: The real products are the same as the products on the website, but the colors presented by the pixels may vary slightly.

Q22: How can I easily obtain my goods?

A:Please inform us of your destination port, professional sales will help you check the shipping cost for your reference.

Q23: How will you handle LCL shipment ( or combine with different vendors ) ?

A:It is acceptable to do this for a trial order, but there will be some extra charges for loading in different terms is EXW, we will charge for local FOB fees, and trucks shared based on respective cubic meters.

Q24: Do you accept third party factory audit and products inspection?

A:Yes, we do accept third party quality management or social audit and thirty party pre-shipment products inspection. Please feel free to contact us with our customer services.

Q26: If I order big quantity, what's the good price?

A: Please tell us your specific requirements, such as item number, quantity for each item, quality r timber request, logo, packaging 1 equest, transport method,discharge place, etc. We will mal accurate quotation to you as soon as possible.

Q27: Why your price is higher than other supplier?

A:For the custom made furniture, it's not reasonalbe to compare the price only based on the photos. Different price will be different production method, technics, structure and finish.ometimes, quality can not be seen only from outside you should check the inner construction. It's better that you come to our factory to see the quality first before comparing the price.

Q28: Can you quote different material for my choosing?

A:We can use different kinds of material to make the furniture. If you are not sure using which kind of material, it's better that you could tell us your budget then we will recommend for your accordingly.

Q29: Will you send the manual for approval? And how long can you finish the drawings?

A:Yes we will send you the manual for approval after received the deposit.
It will take about 3-7 days for issuing the detail drawings.

Q30: When can you finish the quote?

A:It will take about 1-3 working days. Thanks.

Q31: Can you help me design or modified the products as we request?

A:We have R&D capability and professional &efficient teamcustomized service and OEM/ODM are welcome.We will try our best to make it come true as long as you have a good idea.

Q32: Can I mix items in one container ?

A:Generally we try to satisfy all requests from clients, 1-3 models in one container is accepted. If you want to mix more, we can negotiate it.
